I can't say enough good things about Louis and his team at Coachella Valley Home Watch. Louis is thorough, communicative, detail oriented, and very reliable, qualities that are so essential and yet not easy to find when you are looking to put your trust in someone to look out for your home. If he finds a problem, he lets you know right away, and even has a list of recommended vendors to help you if you don't know of someone. He noticed a leaky valve during a recent inspection and let me know immediately so I could address it before more problems arose. I also had some renovations done recently and I wasn't able to see the work initially myself - he took photos and checked things out per my request so I could be better informed. We rarely write reviews, however when the service, knowledge and attention to detail is so exceptional we want to express our thanks. CVHW provided comprehensive reports, a thorough and easy to read checklist and photos. They performed detailed reviews of the house condition and pool equipment, alerting us of a pool heater leak that could have resulted in an expensive water bill had we not been notified. We were also notified of irrigation/landscaping areas of concern that needed to be addressed to help our plants during the summer months. CVHW was also able to provide recommendations for our planned patio project, very helpful! Overall we had peace of mind that our house was being taken care of during our absence. Very pleased with CVHW, highly recommended.

We cancelled the company that was watching our home when we were away because we did not receive a regular report, and found out they did not maintain the schedule they presented to us. We now have an A+ company taking care of our home. We immediately know if there are any existing issues or concerns. It is 100% better than the prior company we used.
