We rarely write reviews, however when the service, knowledge and attention to detail is so exceptional we want to express our thanks. CVHW provided comprehensive reports, a thorough and easy to read checklist and photos. They performed detailed reviews of the house condition and pool equipment, alerting us of a pool heater leak that could have resulted in an expensive water bill had we not been notified. We were also notified of irrigation/landscaping areas of concern that needed to be addressed to help our plants during the summer months. CVHW was also able to provide recommendations for our planned patio project, very helpful! Overall we had peace of mind that our house was being taken care of during our absence.
